Where to address for lost belongings?
For lost and found belongings please address at the wardrobe.
How much is the entrance fee?
Since January 3,2018 entrance ticket for adults costs 300 roubles and reduced ticket costs 100 roubles.
May I take photo in the Museum?
Amateur photo and video shooting with no flash and no props is allowed in the Museum for free.
Professional photo and video shooting including wedding photography costs 5,000 roubles.
In addition, entrance tickets for every participant of the shooting are paid.
How to book a group tour for schoolchildren or tourists?
We have four special educational routes for children from 9 to 16 years old based on the main museum exposition.

Is the Museum territory accessible for persons with disabilities?
The Museum is fully accessible for wheelchairs as there are no sufficient level differences; it is equipped with broad doorways and ramps and also has a lift to access the upper circle.
Persons in wheelchairs and their companions have a right to visit the Museum for free.
If you will need any help during your visit, please address at the administration desk in the Museum entrance hall.
Is it possible to organize a birthday party in the Museum?
It is possible to organize thematic birthday party for groups of three or more persons in the Museum.
