Delegation of the 23rd Session of the World Tourism Organization General Assembly visited the Russian Railway Museum

During the period from September 9 to 13, 2019 St. Petersburg for the first time hosted the General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization.

Assembly is the largest summit n the world dedicated to tourism. It unites more than 1,500 delegates from 158 countries.

As a part of the cultural program, a special tour program at the Russian Railway Museum and a trip on a retro train with steam engine from St. Petersburg to Tsarskoe Selo were prepared for the Assembly delegates.

Assembly participants gave a high rating to the Museum exhibition and railway tourism potential in Russia.
