About visiting the museum

In the current epidemiological situation, the health of visitors and employees remains the main priority in the work of the Russian Railway Museum. We try to make every guest's visit to the museum as safe and comfortable as possible.

To enter the museum, you must purchase a ticket (electronic voucher) through the official website of the museum. The number of tickets is limited. The museum is visited by sessions every 15 minutes. The exact time of the session is indicated on the ticket.

Excursion service is carried out for a group of up to 5 people, only with entrance (electronic) tickets to the museum. Tickets are also available for purchase on the website.  We kindly ask you not to be late for the time of the excursion.

We draw your attention, that the work of some installations is temporarily suspended.

In order to ensure your safety, visiting the museum is mandatory in personal protective equipment (masks and gloves). Please watch your health and refrain from visiting the museum in case of signs of SARS.
